Pablo combines transversal project management with strategic experience design. He has over ten years of international experience in managing large scale technology-enabled projects with a focus on user-centric approach.
He was responsible for the architectural transformation of Renault Trucks in realising a more efficient operation following their merger with Volvo. Combining engineering, IT solutions and user experience design Pablo helped the team across over 70 sites in 12 countries. Pablo has also worked with other car manufacturers, namely Volkswagen and Toyota in Europe and South America.
More recently, Pablo co-founded Aperience, a French consulting firm specialising in service design and transversal project management, where he has led projects for Eramet, Solvay and RSM France.
Pablo regularly holds workshops for businesses across a wide range of sectors ranging from start-ups to blue chip companies. He has also been an instructor in marketing and business at various higher education institutions.
