Nathalie Salas



Nathalie started her career in the banking industry, working in marketing strategy for global financial institutions in London and Dubai. After turning freelance, she worked for small businesses looking to improve their marketing and branding. Her move to Italy was what sparked her passion for hospitality, though she has also worked with clients in the financial, education and design sectors-  especially in the start-up phase - on business and marketing, service design and UX.


Nathalie also works as a content marketing strategist. She advices businesses on how to increase user engagement levels and convert their audience into customers. Nathalie has herself written for a number of online and print publications, including Boutique Hotel News, Masquerade (Dubai), Global Citizen (GCC) and her own travel site


A graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK and a user experience expert, Nathalie brings the benefits of service design and UX to help businesses attract more customers, and win their hearts and minds.
