Jeroen’s work is focused on customer experience and service design, advising a wide range of international clients on how best to achieve customer satisfaction. He performs thorough studies on consumer behaviour and leads design projects to engage the consumer in a meaningful manner. Previously working as senior design manager and lead service designer, he helped a variety of start-ups, SMEs, blue-chip companies and government agencies.
Jeroen also works as an innovation and design educator. From 2007 to 2017 he was a guest lecturer at Aalto University in Finland and has also taught at various other universities including Helsinki University of Art & Design and University of Tampere. He regularly holds workshops for business executives on topics related to strategic design, creativity in business and product and service innovation.
His work for clients such as Nokia and Metso has won various awards. Jeroen is regularly interviewed by the media outlet for his innovative approaches to solving business problems and has been featured on MTV-Europe, ABC News (USA), RTL (the Netherlands).
