Christian combines user psychology with business and marketing creativity. With background in environmental psychology and nearly two decades of experience in brand and marketing strategy, Christian helps companies to better define their purpose and create experiences that forge commercial success. He is Founder and Managing Director of Rlevance, a Berlin based marketing consultancy with a mission to make companies relevant for people. Christian brings principles from psychological research, branding, customer experience, and service design together with the goal to create value for both people and businesses and thus foster long-term relationships.
Over the course of 18 years, Christian has led a wide range of projects for start-ups as well as blue-chip companies focusing on integrating human centred design with brand thinking and marketing inventiveness; among his clients are Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Commerzbank, Swisscom, Vodafone and Volkswagen.
